I found the recognizing of how feelings affect my body very helpful, as it made certain emotions easier to dismantle in work situations. For example, recognizing anger as it crept up at work, made it easier for me to keep at bay..... I have made great progress in the improvement of my emotional health over the course of our sessions, and I very much like your approach and style.  The most relief I've gained from your 'method' (of therapy) has been from the 'implosions' that have been so debilitating over the past many years. I am no longer haunted by thoughts and feelings that seemed to belong to someone else. I can be calm, I am calm. My heart doesn't feel like it is going to explode out of my chest. I feel lighter and freer. Much of the guilt, shame, and self-hatred has disappeared. I feel connected to the divine and supported in my life path. I am interested in people again.
